Telephone Lines

Telephone lines are open from 08:00 to 18:30 each weekday.

All appointments must be booked in advance and there are no walk in appointments at any time. We do, however, reserve several appointments each day that can only be booked on the day. Please visit our Appointments page for details of the type of appointments available.

Out of Hours Service

When Price’s Mill Surgery is closed, you can contact the out of hours service by telephoning 111. The out of hours service deals with urgent medical problems when the surgery is closed. Your needs will be assessed by specially trained staff and advice offered or arrangements made for you to speak to or see a doctor. This is an urgent care service and should be used only when you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens. The service should not be used for test results, routine matters, prescription requests or for medical emergencies.

Emergency Service

In a medical or life threatening emergency call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
